As a Business Operations Manager, you will lead a team of customer service associates to achieve exceptional results. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can drive project execution, monitor KPIs, and ensure target compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15-20 customer service associates and motivate them to meet productivity and quality metrics.
- Responsible for project execution, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring target compliance.
- Should be well-versed in G-suite, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Oversee effective resource allocation to meet both productivity and quality metrics.
- Document issues as needed and ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
- Manage process, resources, and system applications.
- Follow standard practices and business procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and participate in various process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Validation and QA/QC – Perform validation checks for operational processes and data inputs/outputs.
- Responsible for complying with internal quality standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monitor emails/chat taken by the associates and provide feedback.
- Take weekly and monthly tickets as per KRAs.
- Interact with the quality team to seek feedback on the team's performance and quality scores.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews for the associates.
- Prioritize and assign work to associates and initiate corrective measures to resolve day-to-day work-related problems.
Requirements:
- 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in US BFS Email.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of G-suite.
