Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless institutional operations.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communication.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Manage documentation, filing systems, and digital records.
  • Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
  • Plan and coordinate renovation and new projects, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Ensure contract renewals and car insurance management.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and logistics for guest lectures, corporate events, and industrial visits.
  • Assist in budget planning, expense tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Manage facility and infrastructure, including classrooms, seminar halls, and office spaces.
  • Prepare monthly reports and maintain records for MIS and statutory requirements.
