Job Description

The Operations Director will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows across departments.

This includes developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity, as well as monitoring and analyzing operational performance, making recommendations for improvement.

In addition, the Operations Director will coordinate and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations, manage and optimize resources to achieve operational efficiency, and identify and resolve operational issues and challenges promptly.

  • Delegation: Assign tasks effectively to team members.
  • Communication: Interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Manage and motivate teams.

Requirements

A Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required.

Proven experience in operations management or a similar role is also necessary.

Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, as well as excellent verbal English communication skills.

Leadership abilities and strong communication skills are also highly valued.
