Property Investment Analysis Role

This is a professional position that requires a deep understanding of property deals and their associated financial implications.

As a Property Deal Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work and be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Key responsibilities include analysing residential and commercial property deals, reviewing floorplans and other key documents, calculating key figures such as ROI and yield, and producing written deal summaries.

Requirements include a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle important decisions under pressure.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Love working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous — you check your work three times, not once

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing residential and commercial property deals
  • Reviewing floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key documents
  • Calculating key figures: ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, GDV
  • Using and maintaining our deal analysis spreadsheet tools
  • Producing written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations
  • Triple-checking every detail before submitting your work
  • Taking ownership of your analysis — your calls matter
  • Listening to feedback and improving with every deal you review
  • Updating deals in CRM / deal tracker systems accurately
