Customer Engagement Specialist

 

The role of a Customer Engagement Specialist is to provide exceptional customer experiences for prospective clients visiting properties. The ideal candidate will welcome and host these individuals, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reflects the brand's values.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Host Client Visits: Warmly greet and receive prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  • Provide Project Information: Offer clients basic project information and direct their queries to the appropriate sales team.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits, maintain an elegant reception area, and ensure all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards.
  • Client Requests: Handle client requests with professionalism, discretion, and a service-first mindset.
  • Event Support: Assist in organising and supporting customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree from a recognised institution.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and demeanour.
  • Hosting and Presentation: Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask, stay organised, and work well under pressure.
  • Language Fluency: Fluency in English.
