About the Role:
  • Become the trusted advisor and go-to expert for our esteemed clients, providing tailored consultations to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Utilize your expertise in fine jewelry or luxury goods to offer insights and recommendations that exceed client expectations.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships through exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a client-first attitude.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create custom jewelry solutions that surpass client desires.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and purchase history to inform future interactions and drive loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Host private viewings and exclusive events for VIP clients, showcasing our exquisite collections and unparalleled service.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and client preferences to anticipate needs and offer relevant recommendations, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets by cultivating client loyalty and retention, ensuring a strong pipeline of repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a client-facing role within luxury retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude.
  • A keen understanding of fine jewelry or luxury goods is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and provide a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate client records.
