We are seeking a skilled Travel Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Operations Manager located in Chennai. The primary responsibility of the Travel Operations Manager will be to oversee and manage all aspects of travel operations, including planning and coordinating tours, creating itineraries, and conducting guided tours. This role also requires excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the tour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective travel plans and itineraries
  • Conduct thorough research to identify suitable destinations and activities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage logistics and coordination of tours, including transportation, accommodations, and meals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and tour details
