International Travel Security Specialist

    Job Summary:

The role of the International Travel Security Specialist is to oversee and manage global travel security operations, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure safe and efficient client travels. This dynamic position requires a strong logistical understanding, excellent communication skills, and good client orientation.

This specialist will work closely with various teams, vendors, and clients to deliver exceptional safety standards and business continuity. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

About the Job

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects. You will identify and manage risks, create standard operating procedures, and provide emergency support to clients in crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee and control travel operations and risk mitigation projects worldwide
  2. Communicate directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other GSOCs during emergencies and routine
  3. Understand, compile, and follow security procedures
  4. Document missions and update work management software
  5. Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings
  6. Participate in frequent training sessions and exercises
  7. Conduct research and screen for major events affecting client interests
  8. Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices
