Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned risk management professional to spearhead our Enterprise Risk Management function.

  • Develop and implement an effective risk management framework across the organization.
  • Design and implement robust internal control systems to mitigate risks.
  • Identify, evaluate, and document control weaknesses and deficiencies; develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Maintain and update Risk Registers (RCSA) to ensure accurate risk assessment.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business processes, identify control gaps, and develop recommendations for risk mitigation and improvement.
  • Update the Enterprise Risk Policy to reflect changing regulatory and strategic scenarios.
  • Assist Principal Risk Owners in identifying key risks and mitigating controls in their business units.
  • Prepare reports for the Risk Committee, Executive Management Team, and Board Committees.
  • Develop an integrated risk reporting framework to focus attention on critical risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A graduate degree in finance, management, or risk management from a reputable institution is required. Preferred certifications include FRM, CFA, CBCP, and similar qualifications.

The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of Exchange ecosystem operations is essential.
