Strategic HR Partner & Rewards Leader

This pivotal role requires a harmonious blend of business acumen, strategic advisory expertise, and data-driven compensation management. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with business leaders to design and deliver a people strategy aligned with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • HR Business Partnerships: Drive impactful initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning, while leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs from a cultural lens.
  • Total Rewards Strategy: Lead the development, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions, ensuring consistency with company values and goals.

Requirements for Success
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits roles.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced environments, driving strategic outcomes, and fostering stakeholder relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with data and analytics, informing business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field from a top-tier institution.
