Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project profit and loss, margin, and on-time delivery.
  • Execute projects within budgeted costs and timeframes, ensuring smooth transitions from handover to OMS & Customer.
  • Effectively manage contracts to achieve zero losses and timely contractual communications.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement design review mechanisms, ensuring project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Implement cost optimization measures to improve margins and explore opportunities for additional revenue through scope, services, or claims.
  • Proactively manage ESG risks affecting project delivery.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
  • Inculcate a safety and quality culture, aiming for zero fatal accidents, first-time right deliveries, and minimal COPQ.
