Lead Project Manager Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee and manage the development of engineering projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional groups and ensuring design specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience in project management and technical expertise in air pollution control equipment like ESP and Fabric Filters. A graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading engineering projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Providing technical guidance to the team and conducting regular design reviews
  • Working closely with other engineering disciplines/teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Offering technical support to Sales/marketing and process teams for proposals

Strong knowledge in 3D tools like Inventor, AutoCAD, and Navisworks would be an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical
  • At least 15-18 years of experience in project management and air pollution control equipment
