Job Title: Data Management Expert

Job Summary:

The Material Master Data Manager is a critical role that ensures high-quality material master data within SAP HANA. This position plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, product lifecycle management, and strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Extension of new material codes in various depots with HSN Code, Shipping point, planned price, standard cost for various materials in depots/plant across India.
  2. Handling Master data maintenance for Material Master Data.
  3. Utilizing the SAP MDO Tool to create new VERP, ROH, and HAWA codes for improved data quality.
  4. Working on ServiceNow ticketing tool and MDO Tools and Workflow Testing for Mater Creation, extension, and Change.
  5. Material Master Change activity, Material Availability check in system, Material Stock Checking and stock transfer.
  6. Material Transferred by MIGO.
  7. Providing training to end-users about Material Activities like creation, change, Extension.
  8. Supplying production data to create mater data, BOM, Routing, and WorkCentre through BDC Report.
  9. Performing tasks as assigned; understanding business exigency and supporting business by working extended hours.
  10. Preparing various MDM MIS and DASHBOARD on daily/weekly basis.
  11. Ensuring adherence to the timeline as per defined SLA for respective activities.
Requirements:
  • SAP ECC/HANA experience is mandatory.
