Business Data Management Professional

The Data Governance Executive will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of critical business data related to products, pricing, recipes, and store information. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity across systems and supporting scalable operations aligned with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain critical business data across products, prices, recipes, and store profiles.
  • Support new product development by ensuring accurate product and recipe setup in the system.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like F&B, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to align and validate data.
  • Act as the primary contact for product corrections, reporting, and system mappings.
  • Collaborate with the Tech team for system implementations and deployments.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy for internal and external reporting.
  • Regularly monitor, validate, and update business data to maintain consistency and correctness.

Skill Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Business Administration (Finance or related field)

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar data governance or finance support role.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of business processes and approval workflows
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Experience working with ERP systems and data management tools
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
