We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to support our teams in delivering high-quality software products.

This role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, SAFe methodologies, and the unique challenges of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Facilitation & Coaching:
    • Facilitate planning increment events, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
    • Coach the team on agile best practices, lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
  • Delivery & Execution Support:
    • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
    • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with ART-level PI objectives.
    • Collaborate with product owners and product managers to maintain a healthy backlog.
  • SAFe & ART Alignment:
    • Coordinate with other scrum masters and the release train engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.
    • Support the team in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an agile project manager in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an agile release train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
