Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Digitizing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production unit, you will be responsible for transforming customer logos and artwork into high-quality embroidery files. This role requires a deep understanding of digitizing software and embroidery production processes. You will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless execution of designs and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Convert customer artwork into high-quality embroidery files
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth execution of designs
• Review, test, and refine digitized designs to guarantee quality and efficiency
• Deliver accurate files on time to meet production schedules
• Maintain organized records of digitized designs and ensure version control

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Digitizer with a strong portfolio of DST files
• Proficiency in digitizing software, primarily Wilcom or similar
• Strong knowledge of stitch types, densities, underlay, and embroidery production processes
• Attention to detail with a commitment to precision and quality
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize digitized files for embroidery machines
• Good organizational and time-management skills
