Job Title: High-Rise Structural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced structural specialist to lead our high-rise construction projects. The role involves designing, estimating, planning, and executing tower and high-rise building projects with a strong focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed structural designs, calculations, and drawings in compliance with international building codes.
  • Develop BOQs, BOMs, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications, tender documents, and provide technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Perform load analysis, prototype development support, and optimization of structural design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic and international high-rise construction projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5-12+ years of experience in structural design, estimation, and project planning in high-rise construction industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD) and ERP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards.
  • Experience in global tendering and estimation for high-rise construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
