Key Responsibilities:
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports to track performance trends and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to uncover patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers directly through calls to capture feedback and understand their pain points.
  • Actionable Insights: Provide timely and actionable insights to internal teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in MIS or Data Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and think critically.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (basic to advanced) and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect empathetically with customers.
