Our mission is to provide outstanding food service sales and support, while fostering long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain key accounts with major food service institutions.
- Manage individual expense accounts within allocated budgets.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, keeping them informed about new developments in our products.
- Prepare quotes and proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiate contracts by phone, email, or in person.
- Attend client meetings, food committee meetings, and other relevant events.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ensure efficient operations in accordance with company standards and handle contract specifications and statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous experience in the food industry is essential.
- Strong work ethic, personal accountability, and integrity.
- Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on any tasks to support team efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of food technology and people management practices.
