Job Title: Technical Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled communicator to join our team as an Associate - Technical Support. As the first point of contact for users, you will handle technical support related to mobile devices and services through calls, emails, and chats.

The role involves troubleshooting mobile device and connectivity issues, logging and managing service tickets accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with international teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Troubleshooting mobile device and connectivity issues
  • Log and manage service tickets accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with telecom providers and internal teams to resolve service-related issues
  • Ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams for complex queries

You will be required to possess excellent communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and have 2-6 years of experience in international voice process/technical support. A strong understanding of mobile technologies and ticketing tools is a plus.
