Market Research Associate

As a Market Research Associate, you will be responsible for conducting market research studies over the phone in various geographies using different methodologies such as CATI and CAWI. You will also conduct secondary research and desk research as per project requirements.

  • Identify the best sources of data to build a sample for conducting surveys
  • Extract information from different sources, including company websites and professional social networking sites
  • Work on MS Excel to maintain and update databases and record project performance
  • Support team building and interdepartmental relations

You will have the opportunity to work on MS Excel to maintain and update databases and record project performance. Additionally, you will support team building and interdepartmental relations, developing processes and communication styles that enhance interdepartmental cooperation while serving the needs and goals of each.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They will also have experience working with MS Excel and other software applications.
