Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Lead Generation and Conversion Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on driving qualified leads and converting them into customers through strategic email marketing initiatives targeting the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both lead generation and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and capture leads in the US and UK markets.
  • Lead Conversion: Design and execute email strategies aimed at nurturing leads through the conversion funnel, utilizing drip campaigns, personalized follow-ups, and promotional offers.
  • Audience Segmentation: Develop targeted email lists based on customer data and behaviors to optimize engagement.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling email content that resonates with the target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to enhance email marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing and lead generation, preferably in the US and UK markets.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with email design best practices and responsive design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
