Job Opportunity in Market Research

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for conducting market analysis and providing insights to inform business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the pharma, healthcare, agrochemicals, biotech, and life sciences industry, including trends, dynamics, and market research techniques.
  • Collect and analyze primary research data from surveys, reports, and other sources.
  • Develop and execute research plans, utilizing quantitative and qualitative research methods, statistical tools, and forecasting techniques.
  • Analyze complex data and present findings in a clear, concise manner through reports, charts, tables, graphs, and written summaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in pharma & therapeutics, pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, delivery systems, drug coatings, drug mechanism of action (MoA), and chemical structure.
  • Monitor and create drug and disease forecast models on various therapeutic areas using bottom-to-top approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or life sciences, is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of market research principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with statistical software packages.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with pharma & life sciences industry trends, industry layers, and various market dynamics.
