Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team. As a Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research studies over the phone in different geographies through various market research methodologies. You will also conduct secondary research as per project requirements and identify the best source of data to build a sample for conducting surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research studies over the phone in different geographies through various market research methodologies.
  • Conduct secondary research as per project requirements.
  • Identify the best source of data to build a sample for conducting surveys.
  • Extract information from different sources, including company websites, professional social networking sites, and more.
  • Maintain and update databases using MS-Excel.
  • Support team building and interdepartmental relations by developing processes and communication styles that enhance collaboration while serving the needs and goals of each department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
