Job Title:

Dynamic Business Developer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dynamic Business Developer.

  • You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, visit, and pitch Flashoot's innovative short-form video services to potential clients in the Mumbai region.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales or field marketing.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills; confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently & meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • A self-starter who is passionate about interacting with people and closing deals with confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time field-based role that requires you to visit potential clients and pitch Flashoot's services.
  • Travel extensively throughout the Mumbai region, meeting with clients and prospects to discuss business opportunities.
