Client Experience Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Experience Leader to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires managing multiple client programs, working closely with the team to deliver integrated campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple client programs with clear direction and ownership.
  • Work closely with the team to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage client expectations and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Be seen as a strategic partner by clients - offering guidance, ideas, and solutions.
  • Support, guide, and grow junior and senior team members.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a PR agency or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Experience in managing budgets, teams, and stakeholders, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
