
Client Experience Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Your role will involve interacting with various departments to coordinate seamless client experiences.
You will also be responsible for:
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure timely resolution of client requests and feedback.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
- Ensuring prompt and effective handling of client requests and complaints.
- Conducting regular site checks to identify potential issues and reporting them to the relevant teams.
- Collecting and analyzing client feedback to inform service improvements.
- Responding promptly to emergency situations and contacting the necessary authorities when required.
- Being familiar with lost and found procedures.
- Participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
- Providing administrative support, including filing and maintaining records.
- Contributing to event planning and execution.
Reporting directly to the Customer Relations Manager/Property Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience, or 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
