Job Description:

The role of a Contract Manager involves managing and negotiating contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners on a global scale. This includes reviewing and negotiating IT contracts pertaining to the Americas, as well as coordinating with procurement, business, and delivery functions for transaction closure.

The Contract Manager will also work closely with other legal team members to review and negotiate Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Partner Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Rainmaker Agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts;
  • Experience in contract negotiation, particularly in IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts with customers;
  • Strong interpersonal competencies, including working with internal and external clients to structure, prepare, negotiate, and finalize agreements;
  • Major experience in contract negotiation required;
  • Review and negotiate customer agreements;
  • Providing legal support for ongoing contract management related activities;
  • Working in close coordination with external legal counsel;
  • Participating in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the entire contracting process;
  • Managing and guiding junior lawyers;
