Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our legal team as a Commercial Contract Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of commercial contracts, corporate legal matters, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to support the company's operations and growth.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. Additionally, they will draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues. They will assist in the preparation of internal legal memoranda and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management
  • Draft, Review, and Negotiate Commercial Agreements
  • Manage Contract Renewals, Amendments, and Terminations
  • Draft and Revise Internal Company Policies
  • Conduct In-Depth Legal Research and Analysis
  • Assist in Preparation of Internal Legal Memoranda and Risk Assessments

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LLB from a Recognized University
  • Min. 2 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in a Relevant Legal Role
  • Strong Understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and Data Protection Laws
  • Excellent Communication, Drafting, and Negotiation Skills
  • Proactive Attitude with Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively
  • Attention to Detail, Organizational Ability, and Sense of Ownership

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: LLB from a Recognized University (Mandatory)
  • Experience: Min. 2 Years of Post-Qualification Experience in a Relevant Legal Role
