Senior Contracts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to oversee all pre and post-contract activities related to our residential luxury villa projects.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring all contracts are drafted, reviewed, and managed to guarantee compliance and operational effectiveness.

  • Oversight of all aspects of pre and post-contract processes
  • Leadership of project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budget constraints
  • Vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners
  • Conducting detailed rate analysis and spearheading negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil)
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector
  • Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices
  • Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
