Contract and Asset Management Professional

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management of contracts and ensuring the efficient use of assets within the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with talented individuals to advance your skills in leading-edge technologies and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate primarily during European hours with exceptions for India hours.
  • Lead and manage a team of contract/asset management professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain high performance levels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary to minimize risk and optimize resources.
  • Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement improvements to contract and asset management processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk and protect the organization's interests.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage resourcing requirements to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional interactions and fosters a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of experience in contract management and asset management, preferably in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of achieving results through others.
  • Adaptability and willingness to deliver outcomes in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people, with a passion for learning and self-improvement.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools, with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred, but not required.
