This role will lead and drive critical HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation in collaboration with Strategic Business Partners.

  • Demand Management: Collaborate with Strategic Business Partners to plan and manage project demand across the function.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary contact for employee relations activities, facilitating conflict resolution and improving relationships.
  • CASE Management: Deliver Case Management services to support the business with sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Align recruitment strategies with business unit needs.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, including compliance with local labor laws and organizational regulations.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate an effective onboarding process for new employees.
  • Data and Analytics: Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.

This role requires strong relationship-building and influencing skills, commercial acumen, and adaptability.
