Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Human Resources Specialist to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in senior HR positions, with a proven track record of driving talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional recruiting and interviewing skills, with a strong ability to assess candidate fit and potential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
