- Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
