Job Title: Insurance Form Processor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Form Processor. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents accurately.
  • Visit multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms and maintain data records.
  • Verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness.
  • Collect and organize required supporting documents from clients.
  • Maintain records of submitted forms and track their status.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Ensure all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist with data entry and updating client information in the database.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
