Job Title: Insurance Form Processor
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Form Processor. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill insurance application forms, claim forms, and other related documents accurately.
- Visit multiple hospitals daily to assist patients in filling up insurance forms and maintain data records.
- Verify and cross-check client information for correctness and completeness.
- Collect and organize required supporting documents from clients.
- Maintain records of submitted forms and track their status.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, or the insurance company to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure all forms are completed in compliance with insurance company requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with data entry and updating client information in the database.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Graduate with prior experience in insurance, data entry, or form processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English and local language.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications & MS Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
