Job Title: Technical Lead – Dynamics CRM

We seek a skilled professional with expertise in designing and developing Microsoft-based business solutions for cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Gather client requirements to design complex CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Analyze client needs and propose customized approaches.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of client requirements regarding CRM components and extensions.
  • Evaluate multiple approaches and communicate their pros and cons.
  • Design, develop, and customize various CRM components such as entities, forms, workflows, plugins, reports, dashboards.
  • Implement integrations with external systems.
  • Utilize CRM SDK, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Database, ADO.NET for development.
  • Write clean and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues in the CRM system and provide timely resolution.
Key Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Understand what Microsoft’s Modules offer out of the box.
  • Effective communication of statuses and concerns down and up the hierarchy.
  • Ability to build D365 CE entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Development skills using C# and UI logic in JavaScript.
  • Release solutions.
  • Clear technical documentation.
  • Preferably banking experience.
  • Optional: Web resource, PowerApp apps, and PowerBI reports.
