We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Encompass Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

Integration Management

  • Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
  • Support audits and system usage reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations is also required.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus, and ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
