Job Title: Client Success Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client servicing and leadership roles, with excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs.

About the Role:

  • The Client Success Lead will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • This role requires strong analytical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make sound judgment calls.
  • The successful candidate will also possess superior organizational and time management skills, as well as knowledge of customer service programs and databases.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
  3. Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Ensure timely project delivery and conduct quality checks.
  5. Provide excellent after-sales service to foster client satisfaction.
  6. Create a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  7. Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
  8. Address client concerns and identify solutions to enhance product acceptance.
  9. Keep accurate records of client interactions and details.
  10. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years prior experience in client servicing or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service programs and databases, or the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure a cutting-edge client experience.
