Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned ESG professional to join our team. As an ESG Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sustainability strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainability Reporting: Develop comprehensive ESG/Sustainability reports that provide valuable insights into our organization's performance.
  • Climate Risk Management: Identify and assess climate-related risks and opportunities aligned with TCFD recommendations, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving landscape.
  • ESMS Implementation: Monitor and review ESMS implementation across various teams and geographic locations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in ESG or sustainability domain.
  • Familiarity with various sustainability reporting standards, including GRI Standards, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD, SASB, and CDP.
  • Strong understanding of greenhouse gas emission accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Able to work across diverse teams in different geographic locations, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in sustainability and emissions-related regulations worldwide.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present complex data effectively.

Educational Background:
