This role involves supporting a global network of business partners in navigating anti-corruption regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate and interpret international laws and regulations to support the organization's global business operations.
  • Develop and implement compliance tools and resources for industry trends and needs.
  • Lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance for the organization's employees.
  • Support due diligence initiatives and collaborate with external providers to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Promote Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices by assisting companies in disclosing their anti-corruption efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of sanctions or anti-corruption frameworks is necessary.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders is crucial.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with e-learning tools is beneficial.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to core values are essential.
