  • Our credit risk analysis team plays a crucial role in underwriting deals for the US market, ensuring seamless functioning and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of highly skilled analysts in India, guiding them to adhere to underwriting quality metrics and ensure timely movement of loan applications.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Committee in New York to guarantee efficient resource allocation and effective resolution of complex underwriting scenarios.
  • Develop and execute process enhancements to improve the quality of analysis and turnaround times, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and monitoring of team performance to support the development of underwriters.
  • Ensure that underwriting decisions meet agency, investor, and company guidelines while supporting risk management and quality control initiatives.
  • Present hand-selected deals to investment committees for final approval, utilizing your expertise and business acumen to drive informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree from a premier institution with a specialization in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Additional financial qualifications such as US CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis, particularly in the real estate industry, with exposure to the US market an advantage.
  • Leadership experience, having led small teams of highly skilled analysts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike.
