Quality and Sustainability Leadership Role

We are seeking a strategic Quality and Sustainability Leader to drive excellence and sustainable growth across our global operations.

About the Role

  • Influence senior leadership decisions and ensure adherence to global quality standards and sustainability goals.
  • Enhance our Quality Management System (QMS) and internal quality policies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the voice of quality in the leadership team and influence decision-making to drive quality outcomes.
  • Develop partnership with global quality leaders to deploy best-in-class quality systems.
  • Develop and execute the quality strategy, vision, roadmap, and objectives aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish robust processes for quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Owning audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance.

Sustainability & ESG Execution

  • Localize and drive the company's sustainability and ESG framework in India in alignment with global priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Indian environmental regulations, standards, and ESG reporting norms.
  • Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and sustainable procurement at project sites.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, quality management, environment science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in quality, sustainability, or EHS roles, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
