This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned finance professional with expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in driving strategic growth, managing financial operations, and building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with founders and leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for financial growth and development.
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring transparent communication and timely reporting.
- Oversee accounting, audits, compliance, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Track and analyze key SaaS metrics, including MRR/ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, and burn multiple, to inform data-driven decisions.
- Lead a high-performance finance team across controllership, FP&A, and compliance functions.
- Chartered Accountant with 9-15 years of experience.
- Strong exposure to finance in SaaS or product-based startups.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic finance and operational finance.
- Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset – comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
