Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that financial considerations align with broader business strategies and goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic plans and initiatives. You will assess the financial impact of proposed strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.

You will build and maintain financial models to simulate different scenarios and evaluate potential outcomes of strategic decisions. Your expertise in cost-benefit analysis will help us determine the financial viability of proposed projects or initiatives.

In addition, you will assist in optimizing resource allocation to maximize returns. Your ability to interpret financial data and present findings to business stakeholders will be essential in driving informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in strategic planning and analysis is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial analysis techniques, financial modeling, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools.
  • Knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and their potential impact on financial performance.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including spreadsheet applications, financial modeling software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
