Job Title: Analyst / Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Reports to: Head of Capital Formation - India

Ideal start date: August World is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Capital Strategies team in Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming how companies build for entrepreneurial households, a significant economic force in the Global South. Our mission is to build over 50 blue-chip companies serving these households. The role will involve working with a global team located in Bangalore, Mumbai, the USA, Singapore, and Europe.

Who You Are

- You have 3-5 years of experience in the CEO/Founders Office, Investment Banking, or Fund Raising in Private Equity (PE) or Venture Capital (VC).

- You hold a CA/MBA and an undergraduate degree in a related field like Finance or Economics.

- You possess strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in financial modeling.

- You are an excellent communicator and can work both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with AI tools for research and analysis is a key requirement.

- You have meticulous attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support fundraising efforts for our companies

- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support fundraising efforts for our funds

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for various stakeholders, particularly for global investors

- Assist with due diligence, including market and competitive analysis.

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with global investors.
