Job Overview:

The Outreach Manager plays a pivotal role in forging and maintaining robust partnerships with schools, colleges, and education fairs to amplify our presence in business and tech education. This position entails building relationships, communication, and strategic outreach to expand our visibility across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain strong ties with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other forums
  • Implement region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders – parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations
  • Provide regional insights and feedback to refine program offerings and communication strategies
  • Monitor the effectiveness of outreach activities and partnerships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
