Customer Service Executive Role

Our team seeks an accomplished Cross-Functional Customer Service Professional to provide top-notch support and assistance to customers. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Addressing customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assessing and understanding various documents related to sale agreements, sale deeds, GPA, POA, and Katha documents.
  • Facilitating customer registration and other legal-related documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A willingness to learn and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance the customer experience.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and interacting with financial institutions for documentation purposes.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with industry regulations and the Department of Stamp Duty & Registration guidelines.
  • Liaising effectively with departments such as Accounts, Legal, and Liaisoning.
  • Processing customer accounts and filing documents accurately.
  • Managing Turnaround Time (TAT) efficiently.
  • Performing tasks assigned by senior authorities as needed.
