  • Design and implement efficient workflows using Flow Designer and EC Pro.
  • Optimize FSM configurations for seamless service delivery.

  • Proven ServiceNow development skills with a strong focus on CMDB expertise.
  • Experience with tools and platforms like ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Flow Designer, FSM, and EC Pro.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
