**Job Overview**

This role involves leading the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on complex projects and a strong understanding of customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow modules related to CSM and ITSM.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions.
  • Have hands-on experience with instance upgrades, patches, and integration using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
  • Be proficient in scripting languages including JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Have a good understanding of relational databases and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Agile teams and preferred experience with MSP-based instances.
