Business Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this Business Systems Analyst position.

About the Position

  • This is a highly technical role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as proficiency in software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide analysis and advice on system requirements and solutions to stakeholders
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for system implementation
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  4. Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  5. Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in the technology industry, preferably related to application development, infrastructure/architecture, and/or research
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
